Polly has worked in production management for 17 years. She has considerable experience of both Production and Company management, including in-depth knowledge of the accounting, finance, legal and HR requirements of an independent Company. Her understanding of the needs across both business and human resources for production and post-production are second to none. Polly’s varied experience ranges across entertainment, sport, current affairs and documentary programming. She has been a production manager/ head of production for 13 years, working at Black Sea Films, Quicksilver Media, Sunset and Vine APP, Hotsauce TV, amongst many others.

 

Most recently she was Head of Production for Black Sea Films and was instrumental in managing this successful start-up. At Black Sea Films Polly gained significant experience of the international sales process and understanding of the support required for complicated deep underwater shoots with offshore operations. Polly has extensive experience in putting together budgets, working to them, cost reporting them accurately, managing teams and working to both big and small budgets. She is increasingly exploring new media projects and the management structures required to successfully support them.
