PLANET EARTH

Planet Earth, 2006, produced by the BBC NHU, is a documentary series comprised of eleven episodes featuring a global overview of varied biomes and habitats on earth. Five years in the making and filmed across 64 different countries, this epic series celebrates the amazing variety of the natural world.

 

Narrated by Sir David Attenborough, the series received multiple awards; including four Emmys, BAFTAS, a Peabody Award and an award from the Royal Television Society.
